CORE VALUES
Our core values are the driving force of this movement. Find Your Inner Solder is not just a statement, It’s a lifestyle.
INDIVIDUALITY
The quality or character of a particular person or thing that distinguishes them from others of the same kind, especially when strongly marked. We here at Supreme Soldier believe that the actions you take based on your own moral values is what separates you from everyone else. Our idea of finding your inner soldier is at its core the actions you take as an individual that will determine your ability to overcome life’s battles.
LEADERSHIP
Leadership is both a research area and a practical skill encompassing the ability of an individual, group or organization to “lead”, influence or guide other individuals, teams, or organizations. We here at Supreme Soldier embrace the idea that the role of a leader is not always to lead but sometimes he or she must learn when to follow. This means that in some cases the leader is to close to the problem and must step back and take direction from those who might have a better view or idea than the leader at that time. Leadership is not directly a core value, but embodies many values needed to be a good leader and to finding the path to finding your inner soldier.
PERSEVERANCE
Continued effort to do or achieve something despite difficulties, failure, or opposition. The battles of life are sometimes unforgiving. We all are going to face some type of adversity in our lives. We here at Supreme Soldier believe that you can overcome anything with enough effort and time. We also believe that it takes others to help overcome the really big problems. Although we will need others help from time to time it first starts with you. You have to make the decision to keep moving forward. You have to want to persevere. You have to find your inner soldier.
ACCOUNTABILITY
A willingness to accept responsibility for our own actions. This sounds simple but we sometimes tend to look for the easy way out. It’s easy to have others help us carry the weight of a problem. We here at Supreme Soldier we strive to take extreme ownership even if it bruise’s the ego. Our efforts are driven by the need to lead by example and holding ourselves accountable daily, moving us closer to finding our inner soldier.
